This programme aims to develop a professional specialisation framework based on scholarships, with the aim of improving the integration of skilled Arab academics into the labour market in the Galilee region.The programme focuses on high-productivity sectors, while preparing participants for professional careers and fostering partnerships with local employers.
The broad impacts of the program will reach beyond the direct participants, affecting families, communities, employers and society at large. Over time, the plan could contribute to creating a more egalitarian, prosperous and harmonious Israel.
