1. Nomenclature and interpretation

21.2. This agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without contradicting them.
21.3. Any dispute that arises between the parties, including any dispute regarding the use of the Website and/or regarding these terms of use and limitations, as well as certain online agreements in connection with certain services on the Website, will be brought before an arbitrator who is a skilled lawyer in the field of e-commerce and Internet law, whose identity will be determined by the Chairman of the Israel Bar Association at the request of any of the parties.
